We invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced educational leaders to assume the role of Campus Principal, responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and fostering academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
-Leading and managing all aspects of the campus (academic programs, staff, student welfare, facilities)
-Setting and implementing strategic plans and goals in alignment with the institution’s mission
-Leading curriculum development, quality assurance, and innovation in teaching & learning
-Managing budget, resources, and infrastructure
-Recruiting, developing, and evaluating faculty and staff
-Fostering positive school culture, stakeholder engagement, and community relations
-Ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards
Desired Qualifications & Experience Applicants should ideally demonstrate:
-A postgraduate degree in Education, Leadership, Administration, or related field
-Substantial school leadership experience (e.g. Head of School, Principal, Deputy Principal)
-Proven track record in academic and operational management
-Strong financial, human resource and facility management skills
-Excellent communication, stakeholder relations, and conflict-resolution skills
-Visionary leadership, with capacity for change management
-Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered learning
