Key Responsibilities: Manage the development and delivery of the schools’ application and admissions processes in accordance with the evolving needs of the schools, individual applicants, and in accordance with educational authorities’ best practice. - Lead the admissions team, ensuring that they have the sufficient knowledge, training and support to deliver an exceptional application and admissions experience from pre-applicant to enrollment, which adheres to regulatory requirements and best practice.
- Streamline all processes related to guidance, and admissions in all campuses
- Oversee the strategic development and execution of Admissions at, with a focus on outstanding customer experience at all times.
- Manage the planning, delivery and evaluation of admissions-related recruitment and activities,
- Manage the ongoing development of the schools’ admissions policies, procedures and terms and conditions, to ensure that they are efficient and transparent, fair admissions, complying with all regulatory requirements.
- Record and report accurate and timely information on admissions and ensuring the data entered into the database is detailed and accurate.
- Attend regular meetings with Communication Coordinator to discuss improvements to the Admissions process.
- Effectively participate in initiatives to drive pupil recruitment and enrolment opportunities.
- Identify ways of improving and developing the schools’ admissions and enrolment processes.
- Working with the admissions team among campuses on optimizing the admissions process and communication
- Provide leadership and develop appropriate recommendations for the implementation of related technology application in support of enhanced services offered through Admissions, Registration and Records.
- Problem solves, analysis and resolution of student, parent and teacher disputes as they relate to records and registration.
- Collaborate with academic administrators, faculty, information technology and counselors to facilitate and improve services to students, including educational programming, admissions, registration/records policy questions.
- Identify the summer and vacation coverage program for the campus registration and records staff.
